Solution:

  • Programming ADAM-4018 under VB, it is not working when reading value, the setting of TC will change

    [Description]: I am using ADAM-Dll for programming. When runs the program, the settings of Thermocouple Types change to mV. After I change the version of Device Manager to version 2.1, the reset problems still appear.
    [Solutions]: This problem may be able to solved by installing the device manager from our CD DA&C v2.3 .
    However, the device manager is only for setting, all the test function having abnormal status should be normal because basically it is not specially designed for ADAM series. If want to program under VB for ADAM-4000 series, we strongly suggest to open a COM port and send ASCII commands through COM.
